We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure uncompromising standards of service excellence, and deliver unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests and residents in Nigeria's capital.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless luxury service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations, resolving issues with absolute professionalism and discretion.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate hospitality staff to maintain elite performance and adherence to brand standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to guarantee immaculate presentation and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications between housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and food and beverage teams.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and manage shift handovers effectively.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel or branded residence environment.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
