About the Role
Prestigious Consulting Group, a leading global staffing agency in Lagos, is seeking a responsible, experienced, and professional Driver to join our team in Ikoyi. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for executives and authorized passengers. The ideal candidate must be highly familiar with Lagos roads, demonstrate exceptional driving skills, and maintain a high level of discretion, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport executives and authorized passengers to designated daily locations across Lagos.
- Ensure absolute punctuality and adhere strictly to assigned schedules and itineraries.
- Plan efficient routes by proactively monitoring traffic conditions and road updates.
- Maintain the pristine interior and exterior cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, including oil, water, tyre pressure, brakes, and battery status.
- Ensure all vehicle particulars, insurance papers, and licences remain valid and up to date.
- Comply fully with all Nigerian traffic regulations and established road safety standards.
- Report any mechanical faults, maintenance requirements, or road incidents promptly to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger conversations and corporate matters.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or executive capacity.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian driver's licence with a completely clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos roads, particularly Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, and mainland routes.
- Basic understanding of routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional presentation, trustworthiness, discipline, and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when business needs require.
- Residency in Ikoyi or its immediate environs is a strong advantage.
