We are currently seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Driver to support our daily operational logistics, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of staff, materials, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport staff, goods, and company assets to designated locations following optimized routes.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee optimal roadworthiness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the assigned company vehicle at all times.
- Monitor fuel consumption, engine oil, tire pressure, and schedule routine servicing.
- Strictly comply with all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for trips, mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
- Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or compliance issues promptly to management.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods and materials when required.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance and registration, remain current.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- 2 to 5 years of proven professional driving experience within Nigeria.
- Extensive knowledge of local road networks, highways, and traffic management systems.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a high level of professional integrity.
