About the Role
Latins Security Limited is a leading private security company delivering comprehensive security solutions to individuals, private organizations, and government agencies. We are recruiting a skilled and professional Driver to join our growing team in Abuja.
As our Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting company staff, management, and property while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and vehicle maintenance. This role requires someone with deep knowledge of Abuja's road network and the ability to navigate efficiently without assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for official staff movement and assignments
- Navigate all Abuja routes accurately and efficiently without requiring GPS or directional guidance
- Maintain assigned vehicle in pristine, roadworthy condition at all times
- Perform routine vehicle inspections including fuel, oil, tyres, lights, and mechanical systems
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company driving policies
- Maintain detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
- Ensure passenger safety and security of transported goods at all times
- Execute errands, deliveries, and document dispatch as assigned
- Report accidents, mechanical faults, and delays immediately to supervisors
- Minimum SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification
- Valid Nigerian driver's license (mandatory)
- Expert knowledge of Abuja roads, districts, and routes (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years proven professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no negligence-related accidents
- Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Physical fitness, alertness, and excellent punctuality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional honesty, discipline, and responsibility
