Key Responsibilities- Convey guests, VIPs, and team members safely to various destinations as required by hotel management.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and mitigate safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed security reports, travel logs, and incident records.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, assisting in the handling of safety hazards, medical incidents, fires, and security threats.
- Provide exceptional guest assistance by addressing inquiries, handling luggage, and offering local recommendations with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced for optimal performance and safety.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent professional certification.
- Valid Nigerian driver's license with a clean driving record and extensive knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
- Proven professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or corporate sector.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and safety hazard management.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergency situations.
