We are currently seeking a polished and energetic Door & Valet Parking Attendant to deliver an extraordinary arrival and departure experience for our esteemed guests, residents, and VIP visitors. In this vital front-of-house role, you will serve as the initial brand ambassador, combining impeccable customer service with expert vehicle handling and security awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome all guests, residents, and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival at the entrance.
- Safely park, retrieve, and handle guest and resident vehicles with the utmost care and efficiency.
- Open vehicle and building doors, assist with luggage, and provide seamless luggage management services.
- Monitor the driveway and entrance area to ensure smooth traffic flow, safety, and security.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, residential services, and local attractions.
- Maintain organized valet ticketing systems and secure vehicle key management protocols.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front desk, concierge, and security teams to elevate the guest experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a valet parking attendant, door attendant, or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
- Possession of a valid, clean driver's license with extensive manual and automatic driving expertise.
- Impeccable grooming, personal presentation, and professional etiquette suited for a five-star environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and luxury-demanding environment.
