About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Dispatch Rider to join our growing operations team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring prompt, safe, and secure delivery of items to our valued clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up items securely and deliver them safely and on time to designated customer locations across the city.
- Contact customers ahead of time to verify delivery addresses, schedule convenience, and ensure seamless handovers.
- Keep customers fully informed by providing updates on item availability, shipment dates, delivery methods, and current status.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic delivery-related issues on the spot.
- Collect accurate payments for purchased items upon delivery and ensure secure remittance to the company.
- Maintain assigned delivery motorcycles in optimal working condition and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Candidate must be between 25 and 45 years of age with a valid rider's license and a strong familiarity with Lagos routes.
- Proven professional experience as a dispatch rider or courier within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal integrity.
