We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to spearhead our culinary and beverage operations. In this prestigious role, you will define the standard of luxury dining, overseeing multiple high-end restaurants, bars, lounges, and bespoke private dining experiences within Nigeria's premier luxury address.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute innovative F&B concepts, menus, and promotions that align with the ultra-luxury positioning of Velmonti Palace.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue maximization, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of culinary and service professionals.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
- Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to deliver seamless events, banquets, and VIP experiences.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive F&B management experience in five-star luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end branded residences.
- Proven track record of launching successful restaurant concepts and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international culinary trends, fine wines, and premium spirits.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
