Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic visions for the food and beverage department aligned with Hilton objectives.
- Plan, direct, and oversee all operational functions of outlets to meet daily guest needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and culinary experts to design creative, cost-effective, and appealing menus.
- Manage inventory, budgets, cost controls, and payroll within established financial guidelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations, and local licensing laws.
- Monitor guest feedback, evaluate satisfaction levels, and implement continuous improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members to foster professional growth.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant managerial experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Demonstrated professional experience working within an African country.
- Strong leadership, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management skills.
