About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Officer to manage corporate communications, brand reputation, and digital engagement strategies for our operations in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be the primary hub for corporate communication, contributing to a $1.5M corporate communication budget and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to deliver substantial cost savings and maximum brand visibility across web and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement a digital content strategy that enhances audience engagement by 60% year-on-year across authorized platforms such as WAT, Viva Engage, and EIDS.
- Create over 250 multimedia assets annually, including videos, infographics, and web content, driving significant company-wide cost reductions.
- Manage electronic and print digital communications, designing engaging newsletters and promotional materials that align with corporate objectives.
- Promote TotalEnergies' Core Value of Safety and compliance with the 12 Golden Rules of Safety through targeted digital and print safety campaigns.
- Collaborate with the HSSSE team to develop detailed statistical HSE dashboards, improving safety communication clarity across Exploration & Production and Marketing & Services sectors.
- Leverage artificial intelligence and data tools to optimize production design workflows, predictive analytics, and project management efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in design and multimedia tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, and Affinity.
- Strong working knowledge of data processing, Power BI, AI mastery, and automation tools.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement.
