About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited, a premier provider of outsourcing, technical staffing, and consultancy services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry, is looking for a dynamic Digital Officer. In this role, you will lead our digital communication strategies, manage corporate content, and strengthen stakeholder engagement across internal and external platforms while championing our core values and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital content strategies across authorised platforms including WAT, Viva Engage, EIDS, and EP Comms-Nigeria.
- Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, posters, infographics, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
- Design targeted safety communication campaigns, including SABI scripts and skits, to promote the 12 Golden Rules of Safety.
- Collaborate with the HSSSE team to produce effective HSE dashboards and visualize safety performance data.
- Leverage artificial intelligence and automation tools to optimize content production, data processing, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics, analyze communication performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage communication resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities through in-house production and technology integration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and multimedia tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of data processing tools, Power BI, and emerging artificial intelligence applications.
- Exceptional writing, digital content development, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital strategy, and corporate reputation building.
