Proten, a leading international Human Capital Development firm with offices in London and Lagos, is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative marketing professional with a strong background in ISP/Telecom digital marketing, ready to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable business growth through innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with current industry trends and insights.
- Manage the company website and optimize content across all digital platforms for maximum engagement and visibility.
- Drive search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and ROI reports to management.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall business operations and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the ISP/Telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver measurable marketing results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
