About the Role
Joche Academy is a fast-growing online learning platform dedicated to delivering practical, real-world skills through live, instructor-led classes for individuals and organizations. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Community Growth Executive to build our online presence, foster active community participation, and execute high-impact digital campaigns across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and actively grow our WhatsApp community through engaging discussions, interactive polls, games, and the Joche Gauntlet challenges.
- Drive meaningful audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and managing direct messages.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize targeted digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Drive brand awareness, course registrations, and platform engagement, including promotional efforts for our upcoming immersive 3D Campus.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify target audience segments, and implement strategies to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the content creation team to maximize organic reach, messaging consistency, and campaign effectiveness.
- Proven professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community building.
- Hands-on expertise running Meta Ads campaigns with a solid working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, performance analytics, and marketing optimization techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with a creative, engaging, and approachable personality.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
