Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support organizational goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Design and implement effective strategies for lead generation, audience acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Manage allocated advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze web traffic data, SEO metrics, and prepare detailed marketing reports.
- Execute targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage stakeholders and beneficiaries.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to maximize content reach and overall marketing impact.
- Track leads seamlessly from initial inquiry through to consultation, booking, and final conversion.
- Proven professional experience in digital marketing, growth management, or a related role.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Demonstrable success in driving lead generation and improving digital conversion rates.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, web analytics, and essential digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Must provide verifiable evidence of previous successful campaigns, measurable results, or a professional portfolio.
- Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, or service-based marketing will be considered an added advantage.
