About the Role
Adron Homes & Properties Limited is a leading real estate and property development company dedicated to making homeownership accessible and affordable for all income classes in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Director General of Land Acquisition and Management to drive our expansive land banking and estate development initiatives. In this full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and securing prime land parcels that align with our corporate growth strategy and vision of providing quality homes for the neglected populace.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land parcels aligned with company expansion goals.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential land transactions.
- Manage end-to-end due diligence activities, ensuring absolute title verification and strict regulatory compliance.
- Engage proactively with landowners, community leaders, and local stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
- Negotiate competitive acquisition agreements and manage land documentation processes seamlessly.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and project planning teams to secure clear titles and optimize land use.
- Monitor Nigerian real estate market trends, property pricing, and competitor landscapes to guide strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and complex transaction management within Nigeria.
- Robust understanding of land development, zoning regulations, infrastructure requirements, and estate layout considerations.
- Exceptional market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive land documentation and maintain confidentiality.
- Extensive prior experience in the Nigerian real estate, property development, or land banking sectors.
