Shubz Visuals Limited (Studio Shubz) is a premier media and production powerhouse integrating film, photography, audio production, talent development, and original intellectual property. We are currently expanding our founding operational leadership team and looking for visionary Development & Operations Managers for our Audio Production, Photography, and Film & Video Production departments. Key Responsibilities- Drive business development initiatives to generate new client bookings and expand departmental market reach.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end departmental productions to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage complex production schedules, creative teams, high-end equipment, and operational resources efficiently.
- Maintain uncompromising professional quality standards and guarantee timely project delivery for all clients.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
- Track departmental revenue, operational expenses, and overall performance metrics to ensure profitability.
- Support Studio Shubz’s large-scale commercial projects as well as exciting original intellectual property productions.
- Continuously improve departmental efficiency, workflow productivity, and long-term business growth.
- Demonstrated practical experience in Audio Production, Photography, or Film/Video Production management.
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and team leadership abilities.
- Solid understanding of business development strategies, client relationship management, and sales.
- Proven capacity to manage multi-faceted projects and coordinate diverse creative teams effectively.
- Exceptional creative problem-solving skills coupled with a rigorous, results-driven mindset.
- Unwavering commitment to work full-time on-site at our studio location in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
