About the Role
Lucky Fibres Limited started out making Nobel Carpets and rugs but pivoted into premium hair extensions by introducing Lush Hair in 2017. Since then, Lush Hair has become increasingly popular with consumers for its high quality and trendy styles. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dependable Delivery Rider to join our growing logistics team and help us maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer orders accurately and on time across assigned routes.
- Confirm customer details, payment status, and precise delivery locations prior to dispatch.
- Handle all hair extension products carefully during transportation to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of all completed and unsuccessful deliveries.
- Report delivery delays, logistical challenges, and customer complaints promptly to management.
- Valid Rider's Permit and LASDRI Rider ID are strictly required.
- Must own and be proficient in using a smartphone for navigation and order tracking.
- Good knowledge of local routes and geography.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
