About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is looking for a highly experienced Dedicated Team HSE Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across Oil & Gas, EPC, and Pipeline projects, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company policies while fostering a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor HSE Management Systems in line with project and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and HAZID/HAZOP studies
- Administer and enforce the Permit to Work (PTW) system across all site operations
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting processes
- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site personnel
- Develop and test emergency response plans, including fire safety procedures
- Oversee contractor safety management to ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures
- Promote Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives to build a proactive safety culture
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Prepare detailed HSE reports and communicate findings to project management
- 8–10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Pipeline projects
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory/preferred)
- OSH Managing Safely certification (mandatory)
- First Aid and Fire Fighting certification (preferred)
- Proven experience implementing HSE Management Systems
- Strong working knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in Permit to Work systems, Risk Assessment, and HAZID/HAZOP methodologies
- Experience in incident investigation, reporting, and contractor safety management
