Key Responsibilities- Remotely monitor and control the fully automated dairy production line including pre-treatment, batching, pasteurization, UHT, and CIP via the SCADA/DCS system.
- Execute product recipes and control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and fermentation curves to maintain batch-to-batch quality consistency.
- Identify system alarms promptly, execute emergency adjustments on the control panel, and coordinate with on-site floor workers to resolve technical issues.
- Operate the automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) system to clean tanks and pipelines, maintaining the highest hygiene standards for dairy manufacturing.
- Follow shift handover protocols accurately, logging production data and ensuring seamless transitions for active processing and fermentation batches.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in fermentation, pharmaceutical, beverage pre-treatment, or large-scale food manufacturing workshops.
- Proficiency in computer operations with practical familiarity in DCS/SCADA systems or industrial automation control software.
- Deep understanding of dairy, beverage, or brewing processing technologies and automated central control operations.
- Age profile between 25 and 30 years old, with the physical stamina required for rotating shift schedules, including night shifts.
