Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, live chats, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with account opening, registration, verification, and onboarding processes.
- Explain the company’s financial products, services, fees, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle enquiries relating to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, loans, investments, and other financial transactions.
- Investigate failed, delayed, reversed, or disputed transactions and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Provide accurate information about account balances, transaction status, payment confirmations, and account activities within authorized limits.
- Verify customer identities and follow established procedures for account security and fraud prevention.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the finance industry or a related field.
- Proven track record in business growth, profitability, and lead conversion.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
