About the Role
Beveledge Interior Designs is an indigenous brand renowned for manufacturing high-end furniture and creating timeless, functional spaces for clients across Nigeria. We are looking for an experienced, confident, and customer-centric professional to serve as the dedicated single point of contact for our clients following payment confirmation. In this role, you will manage the complete customer journey—from order receipt and production tracking to delivery and post-sales support—ensuring a seamless, transparent, and premium experience that aligns with our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage order confirmation and initiate comprehensive client onboarding processes
- Coordinate closely with production and commissioning teams to track order progress
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on their projects
- Collaborate with teams on quality control coordination to ensure high standards before dispatch
- Oversee logistics and delivery coordination for timely and safe furniture arrival
- Drive post-sales and customer experience management to guarantee high satisfaction
- Foster long-term client engagement and exceptional relationship management
- Handle reporting and documentation of customer interactions and project milestones
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship management, preferably in interior design, furniture, manufacturing, or construction
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Age between 27 and 40 years
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- Familiarity with digital communication tools including WhatsApp Business, email, SMS platforms, and social media
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proximity to Wawa along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, is a strong advantage
