About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a talented and results-driven CSR Communication and Reporting Officer to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide impactful communication, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement support, transforming complex project data into credible insights, compelling narratives, and clear evidence of our societal investment and value creation across the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate annual societal performance according to group formats and collate contributions from CSR teams and affiliate entities for comprehensive reporting.
- Write engaging speeches, articles, press releases, newsletters, and brochures to highlight CSR activities for internal platforms and external media.
- Conduct baseline studies, external surveys, and impact assessments for CSR projects and foundation focus areas under the supervision of the entity manager.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various entities, translating them accurately into societal performance indices.
- Interface with journalists, media experts, HQ, and external consultants to promote CSR initiatives and ensure strict adherence to HSE and compliance guidelines.
- Possession of a recognized Graduate Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in CSR communication, reporting, or public affairs.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to spontaneously develop speeches and detailed reports.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project coordination abilities with high mobility to travel to project sites nationwide.
- Proficiency in digital tools, data analytics, social media management, graphic design, and magazine production is highly desirable.
