About the Role
Join Entourage Integrated Trust Limited as a Credit Officer and play a pivotal role in our lending operations. We are a leading investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance services. In this position, you will evaluate loan applications, assess financial credibility, and facilitate timely credit decisions for our diverse client base across Lagos Island and surrounding areas including Obalande, Apongbon, CMS, Yaba, and Bariga.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process loan applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness using established procedures
- Evaluate credit risks and make informed approval or rejection decisions
- Contact clients to gather comprehensive financial documentation and data
- Analyse risk ratios and prepare detailed financial assessments
- Establish customized payment plans based on client profiles
- Maintain organized, updated records of all loan applications and approvals
- Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals and outstanding obligations
- Monitor existing loans and track repayment progress
- Manage daily and weekly repayment collection activities
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar lending role
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures and financial products
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Starting Salary: ₦162,000 monthly
