About the Role
Join Entourage Integrated Trust Limited, a leading investment and microfinance company, as a Credit Officer in our Ilesha branch. You will play a crucial role in facilitating lending services by evaluating client creditworthiness, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all lending requirements. This position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of lending procedures and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate loan requests and applications
- Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
- Analyse financial data and calculate risk ratios
- Contact clients to gather necessary financial documentation
- Approve or reject loan applications based on risk assessment
- Establish and manage client payment plans
- Maintain accurate and updated loan application records
- Monitor existing loan progress and performance
- Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
- Conduct daily and weekly loan repayment collections
- Proven experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
- Hands-on knowledge of lending procedures and financial products
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service expertise
- NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related discipline
