About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a dynamic investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance solutions. We are recruiting a Credit Officer to join our team in Ijebu, Ogun State, where you will play a vital role in facilitating lending opportunities for our clients. You will assess creditworthiness, process loan documentation, and ensure clients acquire loans efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate loan requests from prospective clients
- Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness using established lending criteria
- Evaluate risk ratios and determine loan approval or rejection recommendations
- Contact clients to gather financial data, documentation, and supporting materials
- Prepare comprehensive loan applications and maintain accurate records
- Develop and set up customized payment plans for approved loans
- Monitor progress and performance of existing loans
- Conduct daily and weekly repayment collections from clients
- Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals and refinancing opportunities
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures and financial products
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related discipline
