About the Role
Aster Bloom Academy, formerly known as Chuckler's Heights Montessori, is a premier private educational institution located in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. We are committed to delivering exceptional early childhood and primary education using innovative Montessori methodologies. As we rebrand and relocate to our permanent campus, we are expanding our academic offerings to include Junior Secondary School (JSS1 and JSS2) levels. We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and qualified Creche Caregivers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, nurturing care for children in the creche setting
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment aligned with Montessori principles
- Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning
- Maintain detailed records of children's developmental progress and daily activities
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's well-being and development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with educators and staff to implement curriculum objectives
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Caregiving
- Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in educational or care settings
- Genuine passion for supporting young children's growth and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First Aid certification is a strong advantage
