About the Role
Aldelia Limited is a global Oil & Gas recruitment specialist with dedicated regional teams delivering specialized services to major international operators. We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Engineer/Estimator to provide strategic cost management, estimating, forecasting, and commercial support for large-scale EPC/EPIC projects. Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and comprehensive project cost plans
- Develop and maintain advanced estimating methodologies, cost databases, and benchmarking frameworks
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow performance throughout project execution phases
- Conduct variance analysis, cost performance evaluation, and recommend corrective actions
- Generate cost reports, performance dashboards, and management-level financial updates
- Support tendering activities, bid evaluations, and commercial contract reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams
- Identify and assess project risks and opportunities impacting cost performance
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cost estimating, control, and forecasting within Oil & Gas sector
- Proven expertise supporting Project Controls on major EPC/EPIC projects
- Strong proficiency in earned value management (EVM), budgeting, and cost forecasting methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, EcoSys, CostX)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
