In this role, you will provide critical financial oversight, budget management, and cost reporting to support our major projects in the energy, industry, and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities- Assist Project Management with all matters related to budgeting, cost control, and general cost reporting for active projects.
- Participate in the preparation, consolidation, and review of internal and external project budgets and multiyear updates.
- Review and approve vendor invoices in accordance with contracts, company procedures, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, track contract variations, and maintain accurate project final cost estimates.
- Liaise closely with the Finance Department regarding funding, commitments, invoice processing, payment claims, and accruals.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all project budgets, financial documents, and cost control data.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar Cost Controller position.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems, cost assessment, and project coding structures.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills with full fluency in English.
