About the Role
Palton Morgan Holdings is a leading real estate and construction holding company managing prominent subsidiaries such as Propertymart Real Estate Investment and Grenadines Homes. We are currently looking for a results-driven Corporate Finance Manager to join our corporate headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial strategy, driving investment decisions, and supporting our long-term growth across multiple thriving business units.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles for existing and proposed real estate projects.
- Build, review, and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and optimize capital structure.
- Manage financial reporting processes to ensure absolute accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership regarding profitability, cash flow management, and overall financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with external financial institutions, equity investors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project financing and fundraising initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend proactive strategies to maximize returns on investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, and capital planning.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and financial statement interpretation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Prior working experience within the real estate, construction, or investment management sectors will be an added advantage.
