About the Role

Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly experienced Contractor Representative to oversee project execution and ensure seamless coordination between contractors, vendors, and internal teams on our Oil & Gas, Construction, and Engineering Design projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional who thrives in fast-paced, technically demanding environments and is committed to delivering results on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent MTES's interests on-site and ensure contractor compliance with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project execution across onshore or offshore pipeline, plant, or infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Track project progress using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, and provide regular status reports.
  • Oversee material and logistics coordination to prevent delays and resource shortages.
  • Manage document control processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project records via EDMS or similar systems.
  • Support cost control and reporting functions to keep projects within approved budgets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in project management and controls within Oil & Gas, EPC, or Pipeline projects.
  • Proven track record managing onshore or offshore pipeline, plant, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project execution, monitoring, reporting, and site coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, project controls, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with strong planning and coordination abilities to meet project objectives on time and within budget.
