We are currently looking for a dynamic and innovative Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage our digital platforms, and strengthen our brand presence across Nigeria's fast-growing property market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality multimedia content across all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and minimal downtime.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO guidelines to optimize website articles, blog posts, and digital marketing copy.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze web traffic, and provide regular reports on engagement rates, conversion, and bounce rates.
- Engage actively with our online community by responding professionally to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to illustrate articles and align social media strategies with corporate goals.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends, platform algorithms, and industry-related topics to keep our brand competitive.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant field with a minimum of Second Class Lower Credit or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 proven years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar digital marketing role.
- Deep expertise in social media platforms, algorithms, and user demographics.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, proofreading, and SEO optimization skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and fast-thinking creative abilities with high adaptability to digital trends.
- Possession of relevant certifications in content creation or social media marketing will be an added advantage.
