About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager to lead project execution and site operations for our Oil & Gas, Construction, and Engineering Design projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management and controls who can drive site performance while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors and vendors, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. You will play a critical role in bridging planning and execution, providing hands-on leadership that keeps projects running efficiently from mobilization to close-out.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site operations for onshore or offshore pipeline, plant, or infrastructure projects.
- Manage project execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure alignment with schedule and budget targets.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.
- Implement project controls and scheduling using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Supervise material and logistics coordination to prevent delays and resource shortages.
- Maintain accurate documentation using document control systems (e.g., EDMS).
- Monitor cost control processes and provide timely, accurate project reports to management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across all project levels.
- Enforce safety standards and compliance throughout all site activities.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project management and controls within Oil & Gas, EPC, or Pipeline projects.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or a related field.
- Proven experience managing onshore or offshore pipeline, plant, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, monitoring, reporting, and site coordination.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and project controls tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site.
