We are seeking a refined and charismatic Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for our elite residents and discerning guests. In this role, you will curate unforgettable experiences, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service that exceeds the highest international standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide bespoke concierge services, including high-end reservations, travel arrangements, ticketing, and personalized recommendations for residents and guests.
- Greet all residents, visitors, and VIPs with exceptional warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, valet, security, and property management to ensure flawless guest experiences.
- Handle special requests, complex itineraries, and urgent inquiries efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, upscale dining, entertainment, and business services in Abuja.
- Resolve any guest complaints or challenges swiftly and graciously, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a concierge, guest relations, or front office role within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end residential property.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional presentation.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Familiarity with Abuja's luxury lifestyle scene is a distinct advantage.
