Key Responsibilities- Operate tablet compression machines efficiently and safely according to approved standard operating procedures.
- Ensure produced tablets strictly meet specified in-process quality requirements and parameters.
- Monitor and record tablet weight, hardness, thickness, appearance, and other critical quality parameters.
- Perform routine machine pre-checks, troubleshooting, and promptly report any mechanical abnormalities.
- Maintain proper equipment cleaning, sanitation, and thorough line clearance between production batches.
- Complete accurate production records, batch manufacturing records, and equipment cleaning documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Minimum of one (1) year of proven, relevant work experience in pharmaceutical tablet compression.
- Practical, hands-on experience operating industrial tablet compression machines.
- Solid understanding of tablet weight control, hardness, thickness, and friability requirements.
- Familiarity with in-process quality control protocols during tablet compression stages.
- Demonstrated ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precise documentation.
