About the Role
PSC Solar Industries is a leading multinational solar electricity and renewable energy total solutions manufacturer located in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking three dedicated, experienced Company Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team in Ikeja. In this role, you will play a vital part in our logistics network by safely transporting solar products, equipment, and teams to various job sites nationwide. Key Responsibilities- Safely drive company jeeps as well as 6-8 wheel diesel trucks for both intra-city and interstate travel to project sites across Nigeria.
- Promote a positive company image through professional behavior, punctuality, and neat personal appearance.
- Monitor fuel levels and coordinate periodic scheduled maintenance, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Operate vehicles with due care and attention to ensure the absolute safety of all passengers and cargo at all times.
- Ensure all required safety gear and precautionary devices are present and maintain clean vehicle interiors and exteriors.
- Comply strictly with all Nigerian road safety rules and regulations during transit.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional driving experience with jeeps and 6-8 wheel diesel delivery trucks.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian Driver's License is strictly mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of Nigerian road networks and comprehensive understanding of road safety rules.
- Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
- Demonstrated traits of honesty, reliability, and truthfulness.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends and public holidays as required by project schedules.
