We are currently seeking a results-driven, proactive NYSC corps member looking for a dynamic Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) to join our growing team. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in motivating our sales networks and driving our ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee our active WhatsApp communities of virtual sales agents to foster high engagement.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on individual agents' sales progress and target achievements.
- Keep agents motivated, informed, and equipped with the latest project information and sales tools.
- Share daily updates, property listings, promotional materials, and company announcements across groups.
- Address agent inquiries promptly, providing accurate support and escalating complex issues where necessary.
- Currently serving as a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member and available for a fully onsite role.
- Intermediate knowledge of digital content creation and social media management principles.
- Extremely active on WhatsApp, with demonstrable experience in managing and moderating online groups.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a strong follow-up ethic.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of tracking multiple agents' progress simultaneously.
