About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking energetic, friendly, and well-spoken Coffee Makers to join our dynamic teams across multiple locations in Lagos, including ICM, GRA, Gbagada, Yaba, Surulere, and Abule-Egba. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other hot or cold beverages to high quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation, counter, and seating area.
- Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Educate customers on menu items, special promotions, and coffee blends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and prompt order fulfillment.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in food and beverage handling.
- Must be between 19 and 25 years of age.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and passionately customer-focused.
- Physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to the preferred work location in Lagos.
- Comprehensive Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
- A 5,000 Naira mid-month incentive awarded after 3 months of successful probation.
