We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Coating Operator to join our dynamic production team and contribute to our ongoing commitment to excellence and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Operate tablet coating equipment efficiently in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and handle coating solutions precisely as specified in approved batch manufacturing records.
- Monitor critical coating parameters throughout the entire production process to guarantee optimal product quality.
- Ensure uniform tablet coating and strict compliance with approved product specifications and quality standards.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain coating equipment and the surrounding manufacturing area to meet hygiene requirements.
- Record all production activities accurately and report any operational deviations promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
- Minimum of one (1) year of proven, relevant work experience in pharmaceutical tablet coating.
- Strong practical knowledge of tablet coating processes, pan operation, and associated equipment.
- Familiarity with coating solution preparation, spray systems, and atomization techniques.
- Thorough understanding of critical coating parameters, including inlet and outlet temperatures, spray rate, atomization pressure, and pan speed.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain precise production records while complying with rigorous quality assurance standards.
