About the Role
Whassan Nigeria Limited (WENL), in partnership with Adasa Catering Services Ltd, has been a trusted leader in providing premium catering and facilities management services since 1982. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Relation Officer to join our dynamic team on a renewable contract basis, supporting operations across onshore, offshore, and remote locations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-lasting business relationships.
- Coordinate closely with the catering and facilities management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Apply a strong understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation to meet specific client preferences and dietary requirements.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to catering hygiene standards and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple accounts efficiently, multitasking and meeting strict operational deadlines.
- Resolve client inquiries and address any operational feedback promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in industrial catering or a similar client-facing role.
- Relevant academic qualifications in hospitality management, food science, or a related field.
- Professional catering certification will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of catering hygiene, safety standards, and menu planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a proven ability to multitask.
