About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning personnel, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across our assigned client locations in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated facilities.
- Prepare staff schedules, allocate daily tasks, and monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall productivity.
- Inspect completed cleaning tasks thoroughly to ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members on advanced cleaning procedures and equipment handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient usage to minimize waste.
- Identify operational challenges promptly and implement effective corrective actions.
- Resolve client complaints professionally and escalate major issues to management when necessary.
- Submit detailed and regular operational reports to the management team.
- Minimum of an OND or HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Mandatory previous supervisory experience within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning personnel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Must reside within Lekki or its surrounding areas for ease of commute.
