Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and customer waiting areas on a daily basis.
- Mop, sweep, and vacuum floors, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from debris.
- Empty trash cans regularly and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils as needed during peak operating hours.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and securely after use.
- Proven experience working as a cleaner, custodian, or in a similar housekeeping role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
