About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly skilled Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team on a prestigious Oil & Gas Pipeline project. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineering professional to contribute technical expertise across the FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning phases of a large-scale EPC project.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and compliance of civil and structural designs in line with international codes and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities- Provide civil and structural engineering support across FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases of oil & gas pipeline projects.
- Develop and review structural designs, drawings, and technical documentation in compliance with international codes and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site assessments, structural analysis, and risk evaluations to support project deliverables.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment sessions as required.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize relevant engineering software to produce accurate technical documentation and design outputs.
- Support project teams in resolving technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC projects.
- Proven experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, or Commissioning phases.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards including ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, and ISO.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, P&ID, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, and CAESAR II.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of piping, pipeline, and process design principles.
- Experience with HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment processes is highly desirable.
