About the Role
Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH) is a leading indigenous company providing quality engineering services in Nigeria. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our professional team, ensuring innovation and precision in our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and monitor on-site civil works, structural concrete, excavation, and earthworks to ensure safe and timely completion within budget.
- Assign daily tasks to site crews, interpreting structural layouts, reinforcement drawings, and architectural blueprints.
- Implement strict safety protocols, conducting daily tool-box talks and verifying all relevant permits to work.
- Check scaffolding, shoring systems, and heavy earthmoving equipment daily while monitoring concrete slump tests and curing procedures.
- Verify incoming bulk materials against quality certificates and maintain accurate field records for as-built drawings.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience in oil and gas, fabrication, maintenance, or industrial projects.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role with proven team leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft software and engineering tools.
