About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a prolific organization that proffers HR and Management Consultancy solutions premised on excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee the overall security, safety, and protection of our personnel, guests, assets, facilities, information, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and enforce effective security policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures across all company locations.
- Supervise security personnel, manage deployment schedules, monitor discipline, and conduct regular security briefings.
- Oversee advanced access control systems, visitor documentation, and restricted area monitoring.
- Manage CCTV surveillance operations, review footage during incidents, and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, conduct thorough incident investigations, and liaise with law enforcement agencies like the Police and Fire Service.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, emergency response drills, and site patrols to identify vulnerabilities.
- BSc/HND in Security Management, Criminology, Sociology, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant security operations and management experience, with a strong background in supervising personnel.
- Relevant professional certifications and previous experience in military, law enforcement, or corporate security will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of access control, emergency crisis management, CCTV monitoring, and investigative procedures.
