Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and guarantee seamless operational efficiency across all functional departments.
- Develop, implement, and refine robust operational policies, systems, and standardized processes.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to formulate, execute, and drive overarching business strategy.
- Monitor key performance indicators, vital performance metrics, and proactively manage operational risks.
- Lead diverse, cross-functional teams to ensure total alignment with corporate objectives and milestones.
- Optimize resource allocation, streamline workflows, and implement effective cost management strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Nigerian regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in senior operational leadership roles.
- Strong, demonstrable background in comprehensive operations management and process optimization.
