This executive role will design scalable operating systems, establish rigorous accountability frameworks, and lead cross-functional operations to drive measurable business outcomes while decreasing reliance on founder intervention.
Key Responsibilities- Translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and clear ownership structures.
- Establish company-wide operating rhythms, reporting frameworks, and robust decision-making processes.
- Build scalable operational systems that support rapid business growth and organizational resilience.
- Coordinate execution across internal business units and ensure operational readiness for institutional partners and stakeholders.
- Identify capability gaps, recruit and mentor high-performing leaders, and foster a strong culture of accountability.
- Audit critical operational dependencies and implement standardized key performance indicators during your first 90 days.
- Senior leadership experience in consulting, recruitment, financial services, technology, or high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and restructuring complex operational systems.
