About the Role

With roots in London and Washington DC, our expanding operations in Lagos, Nigeria, are driving cutting-edge Business Support Systems (BSS) and exclusive distribution platforms. We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and spearhead our financial strategy during this exciting phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Group financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive performance analysis.
- Own treasury, liquidity management, tax planning, financial control, statutory reporting, and audit readiness.
- Build robust FP&A and finance-business-partnering capabilities across various business units and international regions.
- Provide independent visibility into business-unit, contract, and project profitability to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage critical banking, lender, investor, and financing relationships to support sustainable business expansion.
- Own procurement governance, delegated financial authorities, and corporate financial policies.
- Partner closely with the COO to optimize billing readiness, receivables, and working-capital improvement.
- Demonstrated senior finance leadership experience within multi-business technology or infrastructure environments.
- Strong expertise in FP&A, treasury, internal controls, tax compliance, and commercial finance.
- Proven track record in managing project economics, recurring revenue streams, and working capital.
- Exceptional board, investor, and banking credibility with a relevant professional finance qualification strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
