We are currently seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Engineer & IT Systems Manager to lead our technical operations. In this pivotal executive role, you will be responsible for maintaining the flawless operation of all building engineering systems, state-of-the-art hospitality technology, and robust IT infrastructure, ensuring an uncompromising luxury experience for our elite guests and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations across the property to ensure peak performance and guest comfort.
- Manage and optimize complex IT infrastructure, property management systems, guest technology, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Lead, mentor, and train the engineering and IT support teams to uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality service.
- Manage vendor relationships, technical budgets, equipment procurement, and compliance with local regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive technical leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end residential setting.
- Strong expertise in both facilities engineering and enterprise IT systems management.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic planning skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Valid professional certifications in engineering or IT infrastructure management are a strong advantage.
