About the Role
District 9 Branded Residences (Velmonti Palace), Abuja's upcoming landmark ultra-luxury destination, is opening its doors for world-class hospitality talent. We are seeking a distinguished and detail-oriented Chief Concierge to lead our front-of-house guest services, setting a new standard for luxury, elegance, and personalized guest experiences in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the concierge and bell desk teams to ensure seamless, five-star service delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain extensive networks with local and international high-end vendors, cultural institutions, and VIP service providers.
- Anticipate elite resident and guest needs, providing bespoke recommendations, itinerary planning, and problem-solving solutions.
- Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring strict adherence to luxury brand standards and operational protocols.
- Handle escalated guest feedback and complaints with ultimate discretion, professionalism, and prompt resolution.
- Collaborate closely with front office, housekeeping, and guest relations departments to guarantee cohesive luxury service.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive concierge experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or branded residences.
- Active membership in Les Clefs d'Or (Union Internationale des Concierges d'Hôtels) is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Impeccable grooming, refined interpersonal skills, and a natural passion for delivering personalized luxury hospitality.
- Extensive knowledge of Abuja's elite lifestyle, entertainment, dining, and business networks.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field.
