Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive chemistry lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Conduct practical laboratory experiments safely and effectively, demonstrating key scientific concepts.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve science curricula and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching chemistry at the secondary school level within Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of local and international science curricula.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
